Rates and Scheduling

ARBITRATION

Half day and full day arbitration is billed at the rate of $350.00 per hour with a minimum of three hours for half day arbitration, which is scheduled for 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of six hours for full day arbitration. There are no cancellation fees. Time for preparation, hearing time and post-hearing time which includes preparation of a written decision, is billed at the rate of $350.00 in quarter hour increments.

NON-BINDING ARBITRATION

​​​​is billed at the current, statutory per-diem rate of $1,500.00 or the amount fixed by adminstrative order of the court.

Rates and Scheduling

Private, half and full day mediation ​is billed at the rate of $300 per hour divided equally between the parties. The minimum charge for half day mediation scheduled between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm and 1:30pm to 5:00 pm is two hours. The minimum charge for full day mediation scheduled between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm is 4 hours. There are no cancellation fees.

Court-referred mediation is billed at the rate allowed per administrative or court order.

MEDIATION

PRE-SUIT MEDIATION

Pre-suit or early mediation is a service which is always available and billed at the same rate as private mediation.
